Handgun Permit Carriers May Commit Crimes

According to one blogger from KnoxNews.com a hangun carry permit doesn't necessarily ensure proper handling of a gun. Nashville Bureau Chief Tom Humphrey analyzed reports from The Commercial Appeal and concluded that in a 24 month period there were 31 gun incidents involved 7 police officer deaths.

Humphrey goes on to deduce that the 31 incidents in which firearm deaths occurred happened in 15 states, and one occurred in Tennessee.read more »
