Recent Poll Shows Lack of Support for Guns in Bars in Tennessee
Guns in bars are allowed in Tennessee, but support for the legislation is not strong. Under professor supervision, students of the Middle Tennessee State University conducted a survey to properly analyze the support of laws allowing guns in bars and restaurants.
According to the poll, 60 percent of people do not want guns allowed in restaurants that serve alcohol. 716 people were polled on recent guns laws, including the law permitting guns and bars, and guns in state parks. A shocking 80 percent of people were opposed to permitting guns in bars in Tennessee.
Many analysts of the poll feel that those of liberal mindsets were unfairly favored in the poll to reflect these results. However, the poll showed that of the 716 people, almost 50 percent do not approve of President Obama's actions as president thus far.
